Sales representative (full time position)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is located at our showroom in Nabatiyeh- Habboush branch 

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company’s products and services and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.• Provide customer service by answering calls and submitting quotations and respond to social media chats • Record customer sales transactions accurately• Participate in company meetings, trainings and business development activities.• Coordinate with the technical team.• Collaborate with the marketing team.• Perform other related tasks as required by the organization.• Follow policies and procedures within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Good listener for the customer's needs.• problem-solving and negotiation skills.• High energy and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field• Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills• Proficient computer skills• preferably the candidate must be living in the Nabatiyeh region• Female Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
